ok so the ford racing wires i have are for a male cap and the new unilite is female, am i f'd

Change the ends of the wire. Parts and crimper are available from Summit, etc.
If you have a screw down cap I have a male screw down Mallory unilite cap. Its faded from the sun but other then that, its yours.

OK, I'm confused. Again, not a wholely new experience......... :banghead:
Only 2 unilites I've ever seen for Ford are the standard one, that takes regular spark plug wires, I guess you can call them female caps, and the Comp 9000, which has heads on it's cap just like the plugs do, and a clamp to lock them on. Two different wires, for sure.
The caps are not interchangeable, as far as I know, and I have 3 or 4 of each. Post a pic of whatcha got, I may have a set of wires for ya.
