I bought my Rogers out in Sacramento a couple years ago. When I got it back to TX it ran like dogshit the second time out. I flushed the tanks and found crap like in your first pic all in the fuel. I've cleaned the tanks twice since then and try to only run non ethanol gas.
H2O and E-anything sucks.

Did some testing today. I took a syringe and took a sample of the lower part from the clear jug and it wouldnt lite proving that its water. Then i took another sample of the top fluid and it lit up immediately proving it was gas. I just took another sample from the boat after i cleaned the container and it looks

Left tank seems to be my problem child. And i found out i have og fiberglass tanks so thats gonna be changing as soon as possible
