Title: 496 Short Block , Low Hours.

This belongs to a co worker of mine and really good friend of 10+years , he took it out of his boat to put in a 540 he just finished building. The short block has approx. 30 hours of run time on it , he only had it in for 1 season before he decided he needed more power. It also has a dooley 10 quart pan on it , and a edelbrock mechanical fuel pump. And it has flat top pistons in it.
He is asking for $2000 but I can get him down to $1500. Let me know if any one is interested.

I have not seen it apart but I know he spent alot of money building it , I'll talk to him and get back to you.

The pistons are 11371-060 wich is a forged probe piston. He is gonna pull the pan off tonight and get the rest of the info.
