990's are typically 118cc combustion chambers..

990 rectangle port heads, came off of LS7 open chamber 450 hp motors, they were aprox. 118 - 119 cc chambers

Gen IV will work on a Gen V but GenV will not work on a Gen IV you will have a water leak in the lifter galley. Jim

They will work you have to run a special head gasket. speed o motive has em.
