i know you can put a rect. Port manifold on oval heads, not sure you can put an oval intake on top of rect. Port heads. or why you would even want to for that matter... your kinda shootin yourself in the foot at that point..

I think you have it backwards if a rectangle port intake goes to oval port heads the fuel will be blocked

Might as well sell the rectangle port heads if your just gonna run a tunnel ram meant for peanut heads. Gonna probably find it very hard to tune. Spend the money it's gonna be well worth it in the end. We are talking horse power son

Haha I'll take these heads to my grave when I die or someone pry's them from my cold dead hands! Not selling them if my life depended on it! My boat is heavy and 60+ and reliability is what I'm after

i know you think im full of sh#t but heres an oval port gasket on my new rectangle port manifold.. you can see the problem.. theres not enough gasket surface to cover the rect port, unless you find a gasket with more sealing surface or maybe your oval intake has tall enough flanges to run a rect gasket.maybe it does..

Well im glad you found an intake, and i do understand how it works... not all oval intakes have enough flange to cover a rectangle port.. thats the point i was tryin to make... good luck with your build sir.. hope to see you out on the water for a cold beer....
