I've got a 454 shortblock, I'm not sure what to do with it, turn it into a planter?

16 hours of run time on rebuild and then... KaBOOM... bored .030, 2 bolt mains, #2 cylinder scored pretty bad - needs a resleeving or bore the whole block out, cast crank #2 journal scratched - saveable with machining, 7 cast rods that look new, 6 domed hyperwhatever pistons, camshaft bearings shot. Make offer? I got an offer on it for $100, should I take that offer?

If the block needs work Id say let it go for whatever you get offered.  O0
