i wasnt saying you were trying to screw anyone. you said in the shoutbox a few days ago that your new log was leaking. i saw you were selling/sold it so i asked about the shoutbox remark....you gave a valid explination....no big deal. but now youre flipping out about the whole thing. if i offended you, im truly sorry.

although a simple gasket swap and all is well.. this whole fuel issue is getting me sooooo..... Pissed. Everybody wants to tell me what to do but there ain't nobody here helping me do it..... I went back to the original fuel pump after trying out two others

Both times i had to change my fuel lines ( the whole thing i was trying to avoid ) remember this is me i do things 2 or 3 times and go right back to where i started from.......
I did not want to use everything new and an old fuel pump. but guess what im doing now

this fuel pump dates back to when i bought that 468-396 dealio from River Dad

It's been awhile and dont know how old it was when i got it.. last thing i want to do is breakdown with everything new and an old pump.
I did find out about Clay Smith and Barry Grant f/p's and will order one of em when i got the extra scratch. The pumps are identicle to what i have and will be a breaze to replace.
Well im waiting on new parts to get this boat done the right way i hope. Aeromotive regulator with all new lines / fittings and a plate to mount it.. I feel like i was just givin a steak dinner with no utensils to eat with and all im doing is making a mess, im frustrated beyond beliefe.

And im still keeping the fuel log, cause now if it "did leak". I would feel like a POS......
