Center Rise Exhaust Manifolds needed

I've tried standard hardin logs and hardin long bolt logs, but the snail exit doesn't match up with my existing transom holes. I guess I need some center riser exhaust manifolds from somebody like Edde marine?

I think these must be what I need?
