2x new Holley 450 tunnel ram carbs (9776)
« on: October 05, 2015, 07:44:45 PM »
Came with my boat when I bought it. Brand new condition. Ran one time on my motor (olds 455) and ran great. They are  bone stock aside from 4.5 power valves. Look brand new. Ended up getting the 660s from the original owner (family friend) and decided to run those since they were setup for my motor already. Asking 550$ for the pair. 714-742-3275

Do you know how old they are? Did 660s go on your olds? Im wondering what about them was "setup" for you boat already. Are you making a lot of power? I'm considering switching from 660 to these exact carbs on my olds with offy tunnel ram. Mainly for fuel economy. Did you mod the linkage on the 660s? Either way I'm interested.

The previous owner bought them and never ran them. Im guessing there about 5 years old. Im running the 660s only because there super dialed for my boat. But there super crusty and im gunna use the money from these to get the 660s complete rebuilt and recoated and what not. I wanna keep the 660s for the old schoolness of them. The 450s were a littttttle to small for my setup with the ported heads and what not but they should work fine on a more mild setup

Haven't modded the linkage yet im gunna look into that when I get them rebuilt. The previous owner actually bought these carbs to improve fuel economy. I basically came to the understanding that my boats gunna drain fuel no matter what because of how I drive so I might as well have the cool carbs on it lol
