No they are not cracked but they have some scratches on them

I would just take pics of the "damage".
There is always rust on the backside and in between the pipes and on the underside at the weep holes.
How bad is the corrosion at the weep holes.
My main concern is corrosion since they need to be solid to have them worth recoating.
