If you just want the shortblock assembled, figure $600.  That includes washing the block, mask and paint, installing cam bearings, measuring rod and main bearing clearances (mic and dial bore gauge), and file fit rings.  Not just a toss together and hope it runs deal.

Feel free to PM if you need a complete long block assembled, or would like my phone number so you can talk to me directly.

Sure, but I may be able to put together a rotating assembly that would work with the tall deck if that's what you wanted to run.

What do you have?I would like to end up with a comp. ratio of around 10.5 to 1 my heads are open chamber aluminum merlin. would need to go with a 500 long rod. But your standard deck may be better for me so i wont have to run spacers on my intake. I have a standard deck hogans sheetmetal tunnle ram i want to use.
