NEW Procharger marine M3 head unit and AW504 intercooler, both are new and never been ran, this package can make 1200+HP and 1000+lb/ft of torque (see chart below) the right size 540-632ci and serious engine should be able to make 1200-1500HP with this if it was desired with this M-3
Comes with following parts , all are NEW unless otherwise stated
M-3 polished head unit
AW504 polished air to water intercooler
M3 mount bracket with tensioner and stainless hardware (this is a used one but perfect working condition)
stainless braided Oil feed and return lines with fittings for the head unit
Billet alum water cross over
Alum thermostat housing with water fitting and stainless hardware
Polished alum carb hat
Billet Alum 3 grove crank pulley
Billet 9" 12 grove blower drive pulley
Billet 4.5" 12 grove head drive pulley(installed)
12 Grove drive belt
Various hoses for intercooler water and air ducting
Boost gauge
Various fittings and hardware for the kit
Power steering pump relocation bracket and hoses(some mercruiser applications)
Billet water outlet kit (for running water directly through cooler and out side of the boat)
Water inlet kit (for running water directly into cooler from the sea)
There is a few hoses missing but easy to get local, also you can remote mount intercooler but if your going to mount intercooler to the engine you will need a bracket but easy to fab or its available from Procharger(see pic of it mounted on the engine)
New retail this kit is over $7000 i want $3750 for everything OBO

Which of the parts listed are extra beyond what you would get buying it brand new? Also, if new, why wasn't it ever used?

Fastnlight it was a old project that never got finished, it was all purchased new and sat in boxes (except the mount bracket) , i have extra parts but they are not listed or mentioned in the AD, im selling as a head unit, intercooler and install parts as i cant sell as a kit as some hoses are missing, plus extras that will be needed are blowthrough carb or carb and carb box unless it would end up on a fuel injection engine
