Title: Olds Overtransom headers $150
Post by: sandeggo on November 09, 2010, 05:00:30 PM: hooker super competition headers bought these for a smallblock chevy, well they aren't. water lines and mufflers included.
decent shape, no dings or cracks, just a little rust. get em coated and your have nice headers for cheap.

Post by: sandeggo on June 20, 2011, 07:17:10 AM: Don't know how I missed this but describe "all over the place" don't think that a rudder is gonna do much for you. I think what you might be experiencing is bow steer. My boat used to bow steer like crazy.

Post by: sandeggo on June 20, 2011, 09:56:15 AM: Constant suction of water into the intake. It's what keeps the boat "planted" in the water. If you don't have a good loader/grate, in the wake situation I could see it getting squirrely, but Im no expert. I just know the rudder is useless at speed and it's mainly for low speed docking type maneuverability
