Title: Rocker Stud Questions?

I broke a rocker stud and just ordered a new set.  Does anyone Know what they should be torqued to?  Also what the clearance should be for adjusting the valves with a hydraulic roller cam?  Thank you!

Torque it less than you torqued the last one  >:D

75ftlbs if they are standard 7/16 screw ins.
