SBC & BBC Custom built Hardcore Alum heads
All heads are purchased bare and custom assembled by us here at Hardcore, the reason we buy the bare is we can match springs accurately with your cam specs or cam we pick for you($100 off your cam if you buy heads and cam together!
On our Hardcore heads these are built with budget with quality parts in mind(Castings are made by RPC, these are NOT Pro Comp heads!), we use good quality PEP valves and springs with options to upgrade to Premium valves and Comp/Lunati springs.
SBC Hardcore 205cc with 2.02/1.600 Stainless steel valves PEP springs for Hyd flat tappet $795
Upgrades Premium Valves $100, Comp/Lunati springs $50, HYD roller springs .600 lift $100, CNC ports 215cc $450
Dyno results on these heads un-ported on a mild 383 were 435HP 470lb ft, On a 383ci with mild hand port and with 6/71 and 2 Holley HP 750s was 632hp and 555lb/ft(see pics of dyno graph), both on 91 octane.
BBC Hardcore 335cc with 2.250/1,88 stainless steel valves PEP springs for Hyd flat tappet $1395
Upgrades Premium Valves $100, Comp/Lunati spring kit $80, Hyd roller springs.650 lift $120, Hand porting $450
Dyno results on engine #1 496 pump gas mild custom Hardcore Hyd roller cam 640HP 599lb/ft, Engine #2 496 with Comp Extreme Marine custom Hardcore grind 658hp 606lb/ft both 91 octane.
