Title: WTB ford 460 Heads Need A Good Set

Hey guys I need a good set of ford 460 heads . I had a set of dove c heads but one is cracked so I'm looking for another set let me know what you guys got thanks

I'm trying to find a set that take screw in studs an are ready to go thanks tho

Combustion chambers should be in the 95cc range vs 75cc

They don't have screw in studs unless they have been machined for them

so your d3 heads have been machined to accept screw in studs and guide plates? Please take a pic of the stud boss

that is the standard d3 boss that has NOT been machined to accept the dove style valve train

No these are 1973 heads not 1970, their pedestal style with the stud removed to take a crane roller set up. I seen some fresh dove heads on either craigslist or eBay not so long ago

Find yourself a set of 429's heads they are already set up with screw in studs
