. Yes Dennis is correct we will be a the performance regatta the weekend before. I unfortunately have to work some time so they say. Besides I think you guys will need all the extra room you can get in the cove. We will see you guys for the Southwind Regatta.

Brad you don't know how much I would love to do both but... I have never been to performance regatta. And 400 in fuel in 2 weeks for the boat would kill me.

Kinda seeing how far I can push this train with this event. If you notice I kinda pick n choose what events I promote and how hard to promote them. Big river fathers day didn't get any social media promoting as I like to keep it small and family oriented. This one I'm kinda pulling out all the stops. Speedboat mag is on board. I'm working on a few other outlets including Monster Energy. Should be the biggest one to date by far.

zero offense towards you as it will always be 'the gord trip' to many of us, but I think I've settled with the name "One Hot Summer Weekend" as the name of this one. Kinda keep this as the mega SCJB event of the year.

Gonna head out Thursday night to pick up my boat from Marcsrollin's garage at Martinez... Then Friday morning, Avi bound! Got real high expectations of an epic-awesome trip... Just as long as my chick keeps the moaning about 10+ hours in the 72 Chevy with semi-functional air conditioning through the 110 degree desert at a minimum.😜LOL!
