Well shit!! You guys are stuck with a v-drive guy!! I just booked for friday n saturday night!! Lol they still had 5 rooms on the block.....said it dosent cover launch fee tho.. is that correct? The guy i was talkin to was alil retarted and tried to charge 320 for 2 nights!!

So iv never been to the bluewater or that part of the river, we're always in big river, and we drop bbf crankshafts in the water to hold our boats, is that something we need to do at the bluewater

The water level doesn't fluctuate as much on the Parker Strip so you have less issue with your anchor moving around.

During the day most people launch at the marina and park the trucks near the beach on the opposite side of the casino. We hang out around a few of the cabanas for the day with people coming/going as they wish (no preset runs up river). In the afternoon/evening people will be split between the Cantina and the Casino.

Ive never been to Parker at all and this will be my first SCJB event as well, so im hoping to just go with the flow and not get in anyones way lol.

For you first timers at Parker - be aware that the ENTIRE river in front of the bluewater is a No Wake Zone! This is a common mistake a lot of first timers make by coming out of the marina and hammering it.

This means from the dam all the way to the RV Park. The end of the no wake zone is marked by buoys. See illustration below. See me if you have any questions
