They say 4:30 but it just depends, last year I think it was 5:30 - 6ish when it was finished.

Not sure exactly how many will be racing.

SoCal Jet Boats is super excited to be sponsoring Vance Lund and Ron Lund in the CJ511 !!

This father/son team is Ron Lund as the owner, Kyle Callen as the crew chief and Vance Lund behind the wheel. They are currently the high points leader this year in the CompJet Class!! The race this weekend will seal their clinch for the US1 high points championship for the 2018 season !!

Thanks for the update Brittany. It's good to see the Lunds back out there and leading the class points to boot.

Great driving and save by Vance on Sunday's first CJ heat when his boat appeared to take a bad hop on the charge off from the start flag and then maybe kited a bit too? ( I can only speculate as to what exactly happened as my vantage point from the exit of turn 4 put us at a visual disadvantage) However, Vance did a fantastic job of staying with it, driving thru it and getting back on track to complete the heat. A lesser driver would have panic'd and wadded it up for sure. Great job to all on the Lund/Creamsicle team.
Thanks to SCJB for their continued sponsorship of the CJ racers and class.
