Just pulled in....had a flat on the trailer on the way out, (good thing i snuck into ralph's backyard to steal a spare this afternoon....thanks ralph) but otherwise uneventful...

the best part is i get to read this while im writing a paper for school, that is due monday. but since im going to the river i need to do it tonight. Seeing everyones pictures and post how they are all ready to go is great motivation to continue on this paper

We had a great turn out for this event. I'm starting another tread for all the pics.

At one point on Saturday I counted 36 jet boats in the cove

And only a few casualties

Yeah but when you turn the key off there was some good clunking...just got good news though...im back working in town so imma tear it down tomorrow...with any luck I will return it to the shop that assembled the short block and ask them WTF? If its all junk then its going stroker...

I've seen no oil pressure so many times due to poor wiring connections

unless it's starting to rattle, I don't worry about it

Disconnect it from the pump, run it with a mechanical oil pressure gauge and see what you really have for pressure.
