Count on it being Oct 12th at the Avi. Dont call and reserve your rooms just yet, I will be signing the contract n stuff today and probably have the group rate info as soon as tomorrow. Rates are going to be around $50/night

On a side note, I was gunna try to do the bluewater in parker because its late enough in the year so the boat traffic will be minimal.....AND we had such a blast there in March................BUT they are sold out that weekend because of some off road race. 

so as of now, its penciled in for the weekend of October 12th at the Avi. Once its inked and official, I will make a formal announcement.
