They are still calling for showers, wind, and mid-50's temp. for this weekend especially Sunday.   Will they call this thing off it gets a bit windy or intermittent showers?

I would think that it would be no problem to use the lake.  The races will be in a small channel way off of the main lake.  It don't look like good boating weather tho, especially on Sunday.  And the water is so cold your feet will go numb when you put you boat back on the trailer.  :o

Right there with ya G.C. Dont feel like spending $30 to sit out in the rain,wind, and cold. I guess I will see you guys at Puddingstone next weekend. The weather better be good!!!!

The weather is supposed to be ok on Saturday (well not raining at least) would it be lame to go on Sat instead of Sun? This is my first event, so maybe somebody could give me some guidance here.

I mean I know Saturday is just qualifyers but it's still a good show right?

i remember a certain weekend in bakersfield when a few of us went to the drags on a rainy cold weekend.

it made for one of the best SCJB stories in history.
