SCJB's 8th Birthday Party

As SoCalJetBoats.com nears its 8th birthday this month (Oct 26th to be exact), I was thinking about doing something at this years October Trip on the 11th. Not exactly sure what yet, but I think it would be cool to do something while everyone is together that weekend. Maybe just a good ol' parking lot party or something?

Any ideas would be cool. I just want to do something for everyone who's been a part of the site over the years.

where is everyone staying for the October trip?

Where we hanging out at? Lazys for lunch? back bay for hanging out?

just wondering what the plan is. Willow beach could be a fun run from laughlin. we could do a run to the avi as well. or is everyoen staying at the avi. Sorry for the dumb questions. i am out of the loop on this event and i want to make sure i can see everyone that weekend. maybe do some shots and get stupid with old friends. I will try not to start the who can have the higher bar tab competiton this time. lol.. #thatwasdumbbutfun

We are mostly staying at the Pioneer and launching from big bend. I will be setting up SCJB camp and mostly hanging out at the beach there at big bend. I dont see any reason to run down to willow or the avi. A lot of the guys have small tanks and/or running expensive gas to just cruise miles and miles of the river. I would assume a run to lazy harrys for lunch will happen as its the norm. Parking lot party at the Pioneer as usual too.

👍 on small trips and keeping it close. Was trying to figure out how I can stick an extra 5 gallons somewhere so I don't run out. And don't have much room between front seats and blower belt.
