I will start off with this. Me and my family and friends have done business with Basset for years. They have been around for years. I've learn a lot about Basset and found out a lot about Basset headers. They were bought out by another company and not the same owners as they were years ago. Saying that there headers are still the same. But I went to another company for a set of headers. The company was Rewarder custom headers out of Northern CA. I change company's mainly because of the customer service I had was not good with Bassett. It's not just one time I've been through this with them. Just because of the name Bassett does not mean there is no other company out there that are not just as good. The last time I needed something custom order like a set of water injector lines I was treated like shit and ended up getting my lines that did not work and looked like shit. I was done for the last time. I bought a set of Rewarder headers for a BBC. I needed water injector lines. So I called Rewarder and ask them for a set of lines. They fax me a paper with a graph to feel out of what I wanted and needed. They were cool as hell and cared that the lines were right for my deal. They did not want to just send me any set. They made them custom to fit my boat. I received them a week later and was half the price. They worked out great and I did not have to tweak them to line up. The point is that just because of the name Bassett don't mean that the company needs to be a dick to customers. And they are not the best there is to treat people like that. You want a good header and customer service Rewarder has it. Saying that its just my opinion. Both headers are just as good until you need help or something change to fit or custom to your boat. At lease I had good luck with Rewarder and they were willing to work with me as a customer. Like I said its just my opinion guys.

It's just sad a company like Bassett just treat people the way they do. I'm game on rewarders and will rock them.
