Hi guys I'm trying to see if anyone could give me some pointer on making a transom splash guard. Are they made of acrylic, plexiglass or lexan. I have already made a template out of cardboard. My plan was to use a 18"x 36" Dayton gas heater to heat up the area to be bent all at once rather then using a heat gun that I would have to move back and forth.....any suggestions?

Maybe Carbon fiber?
