fiberglass can almost always be fixed, just depends on if it is worth it. From what I know, you have to start sanding and see how far the cracks might be spread out. After you find out how bad it is then you can figure out if it's worth fixing. My .02

Anyone have any suggestions on the best way to go about patching this??? should i patch from in side hull or from the outside..I noticed that half of Dash Wall is cut out and the bow is  full of foam,Just wondering if i should cut this wall completely out ,cut out foam to get to damaged spot and either refoam or get a tractor innertube or something to stuff back in the bow and glass that wall back in...Or should i not touch that foam and glass that wall back in and patch from outside and call it a day??? Im gonna try and get this started this weekend any suggestions would b great...I feel like the previous owner attempted to fix it but gave up covered the wall and sold it to me hahaha..IM not giving up wanna get To the River at least once this summer...

The boat is not a full stringer,But im curious if the floor the previous owner put in is causing this stress on the hull looks to me like they just glassed in a sheet of plywood over the old floor...Im not sure what to do at this point i keep finding one surprise  after another...Is it possible previous owner could of cut out the stringers?

Did you figure it out? I just had the same problem. Ripped the bulkhead out, took interior out, and had a friend of mine help with the rest, we cut a 6 foot section of the floor out, sanded the old glass that was deteriorated, patched it back up with 3 layers of 3oz mat and 1 layer of a solid bidirectional weave. Then sanded the outside of the hull and patched it with 2 layers of 3oz mat and a good layer of marine putty, sanded it smooth then gel coat was applied.
There are a lot of factors that can cause these cracks in that area, 40 years of beatings, trailers not being set up for long hauls, and so on. Shoot me a PM if you have any questions.

Dude, if I don't end deploying, I will fix it bro!!!!! Don't sell it man, go to Home Depot and get a job to hold you over. All we need is some resin and marine putty. Should be able to hammer it out in a day, I have left over cdx plywood for the bulkhead!
