Title: Garage Floor 1 Part Epoxy for bilge
Post by: Tio Pancho on August 02, 2010, 08:40:05 AM
So Bebo just sanded down and cleaned up the bilge area and gave it a couple of light coats of resin. It is looking really nice. We would like to use the garage floor 1 part epoxy. Is this stuff ok to use? Don't want to use it and ruin Bebo's work cause it is not compatible.

I know, I know pics. It is on Bebo's to do list to get the project thread up. Somebody else yell at him and get his butt in gear! >:D

I don't think anyone else has done this Frank. Dunno if it's a good idea or not.  ???  Texted my Paint Pro and he didn't know either.

Sounds like a pretty good idea, just dunno how much it will flex with the hull of the boat and not start flaking off.

Thanks Ray. Its actually the product you guys sell. Its not too expensive, but I don't want to put any additional work on Bebo's plate to sand it off and re do it if it does not work. I think we will go for it.
