Title: Gel Coat Issue

Took my boat cover off and found this weird stain type of thing. Or possible rub mark. You can see where I used my finger and some started to come off but MAN that stuff is really on there.  Any tricks or substances to get rid of this. Thanks

I'd try a magic eraser or even a buffer
