I like the last one the best so far. What would it look like with more of the multiple colors on the bubble part as well as the bond seam and picture frame areas.

Very cool, i just about got all the brown off and the painter is comming by tomorrow. Got the glass buckets and a guy to upholster them and the trailer.

Maybe multi colored band around the outside, orange, purple, black and silver. I'll be talking to the painter today, see what we all come up with. This guy painted the bikes when I was at Area 51 Choppers, did one with a solar system on it, glowed in the dark. Kinda thinkin about doing something in that new orange like my sisters new Vette with a little purple accents, black background w/ thin silver stripes in between. Bottom line, if nothing else the cobalt blue w/ white tuck n roll on seats and trailer.

Too late, the wind with the tarp over it, fuel spills and kids at the school throwing rocks beat the hell out of it. It's stripped to all white now.

Billy B's huh, now thats an idea.....looked into that a while back, after Irvine. This local painter wants as much $ sooooooo. It's been painted like it was twice, that boat is kinda known by that paint. I told V-drive video Jerry what year it was and about the slight v and he told me the guys name i got it from and the color. Boats been on the river since new, one owner. It's getting the 'glass seats along w/ this paint job which will also be painted. See you all in June!!!! :screwy:

Ok, I got some paint on the boat. It's "Blue On Black" saphire blue camellian pearl over black w/ graphics. It's really hard to photograph. I still have to add red pinstripes. I shaved the water outlet on the side and the jetboat shifter, I'll go B&M or something. Wadda ya think boys?

Are the graphics paint also? If so how do you get that "wet" looking stripe?

It's called "marbling", I've never used it but apparently you spray it on and take seran wrap lay it over the top and pull it off. Everything was done in two stage paint then cleared over.

That paint job really looks killer, sets the boat off very nice, specially with the Blower ;D.
You have yourself one nice looking boat your building ;) Keep up the labour of love, yours is turning out (as my new step daughter
