I've been wondering the same thing,  everyone pulls boats off the trailer and I have no idea how,  I was thinking cherry pickers as well,  but then how do you flip it when you want to do the bottom?

If you search that on YouTube thereís many videos and ideas on how to do it. Cherry picker and ceiling hoist are the most common. I used a Backhoe cause thatís what I figured was easiest in my way of thinking. Good luck bud.
