now i need to decide if i want to replace the stringers too! there not soft but , there are holes in them and screws that have rusted off .i also think in a couple spots the matting is delaminating .

ok so starting to clean up this mess! do i need to put foam back in??? why ??? or why not???

hell no. its just a giant sponge for damage.

had some time this weekend, wish i did not find what i did! looks like i am going to have to strip the boat flip it over and repair the hull. it has several cracks and one that runs the length of the hull.

i actually had some free time today to spend on my boat! got alot done have a crap load more to do.

I had sometime this weekend! got some work done!

had another beautiful weekend to work on the boat heres what i got done!

set the seat in the boat to check it out hell grabbed a beer and almost got nothing done, but day dreamin! but i did get some stuff done!

Finally put the engine in . was going to change the mounts , but in the end left them alone .

I never did you that bench seat, just would not quite fit right! so i used a set of back2backs.
