If you want to fix this its deff possible if you have some basic bodywork and fiberglass skills. All that clear obviously needs to come off, and then those stress cracks need to be dug down and you will need to lay some glass. Taking the clear off I would use a DA and try 220 on it and see how it acts. If the clear seems to be coming off pretty quick and easy then take it off that way. As far as the cracks I would use a little grinder with a 36 grit small pad and carefully grind down a little a time on the cracks and just follow it all out.. If it seems like it just keeps going and going then you might wanna lay some glass on the back side for more strength.. (every repair is always a little different, so its hard to say exact with out really seeing it with my own eyes in person).. But if the cracks do grind out pretty good to where your left with clean glass then you can prob just chop up some glass in a mixing cup and pour some resin in that and just make like a chop glass batch.. Fill them in and then grind down after its dry. Do you final putty work if needed and then lay down some thickkk primer.. If you have any questions pm me and ill give you my #. Fiberglass is cheap!!!! just lots of work so be ready and it WILL be very itchy hahha.. GOOD LUCK
