im hicking around the idea of restoring my day cruiser that really doesnt need it but i would like to change a few things on it or either take the money and buy a new boat. what i have is a 21 foot centurion daycruiser that is probally an 8.5 on a scale of 1-10. i have been a marine tech for the last 22 years so the drive train in this boat is dialed in. what i would like to do is strip the boat and have it capped and painted solid red. i think i would like to do it in a good grade of automotive paint to save a few bucks over gelcoating it. the 2nd thing i would like to have done is the upholstry. right now it has the 2 jump seats and the engine cover. i would like to go to 2 buckets ,bench and a full engine cover like a newer boat would have. i want to do the carpet as well in a sand color and i want to do the seats in sand color with a couple red stripes. i will be doing all the hardware in gold anodize.the 3rd thing would be a new tandem trailer. last but not least it has a 468 chevy i built and a panther jet. i saw that dominator makes an energizer kit to convert this pump to a biaxile flow style. im looking for someone that can do the cap and paint work, upholstry and build a new trailer. any help would be much appreciated. prefer someone in the southern or central california area to do this for me.
