can you use 1 stage paint and will it hold up or what should i use ...

well most of us like to see pic of your ride but for the paint yes the single stage will hold up.i'm going to paint mine single on the bottom and base coat clear on the top cause going to do diff.paint colors on the top much easier to paint.just make sure your prep is done.good luck :)

Polyurethane will work the best on the single stage game.. Because of there high solids and there 2:1 hardener has a lot of mekp. Sand it really good 1-2 coats of polyester primer (ever coats G2 ) also hardened by mekp.. See the link here)) sand the primer with 320 don't let the surface get wet at all!!! Then your ready for 3-4 coats of polyurethane... Akzo nobel is what I use and haven't had a problem with it.. But there all pretty much the same.. Here's a pic of a ski I'm doing now in single
