Title: reusing rub rails

Can I take a rub rail off one boat and put it on another like is it possible to rebend it or will it crack or break thanks for any info

i pulled mine off to make it look pretty (or better than it was insome spots) than put it back on..shouldnt be an issue..

Screws or rivets?...If rivets use a small drill bit and only remove head.

There rivets and its rivets goin back in the guy that had it before me used screws and the top started separateing from the bottom.had to fix it now gettin ready ro out rails on from another boat
