Heys guys it been a awhile since i been on. I keep having to rivet back my rub mail and it keeps popping off. What is the best way to keep it high in tight, should i use silicone in the holes before i rivet it back.

remove it, flll the holes with resin and some filler. redrill and rivet it back on. silicone will not hold it back on.

Whats up Kaotyk, man thats alot work. Any recommendation on filler and resin, will the syringe type resin and filler mixture work. i know its a stupid question.

I would use a mix resin with cabosil till it's a penutbutter ,then fill all the holes with that. Easy and wouldn't take more than 30 minutes.

i suppose that would work. i personally would use epoxy with a 404 filler, its rediculously strong. however I would imagine that their Six10 epoxy caulking gun tubes would work just fine as well.
ive used the Six10 west systems before and its easy to work with. its not a TON of work, but its the only way to keep it from popping off again.

If you have the room and a helper you can have them hold a stainless washer in place on the inside of the hull while you rivet it.
