I need to strip the paint from my place diverter and manual control.

What brand of stripper did you use and how good did it work.

If you had to do it again, would you use the same method.

I used it on mine and let it sit then pressure wash it off worked great did it to my bowl to stipoed it good :thumbup: ;D

Try oven cleaner. It has worked pretty well on most things we have tried it on. You might have to do it more than once. Make sure to buy the original stuff not the low fume crap.

I had some Sem XXX in an aerosol can and was extremely effective... 8)

Got it at the Automotive Color Store in town... ;)
