bottom paint

hi guys i have a semi v hull 21 ft daycruser tahiti the botom is pretty scratched up from the old owners doin beach stops i want the slikest paint there is on the market for the bottom its all torn down and i can flip it over id give piks but this stupid dial up took just to downlad my updates :banghead:anyway i heard that racers use something called grafite a wile back just wonderin what the new stuff is and how to prep for it god willin il get er wet this year

I know dial up suck but once you flip the boat, you might take a couple of photos and then resize them down so we can see what you are talking about.  I have read that a very slick/smooth bottom grabs and holds water so you can make it slick but then back on the surface that ride the plane, you need something like http://shopping.rexmar.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=CTGY&Category_Code=lubrabonda  .  You need to break the friction on the bottom of your boat just as golf balls have dimples.
