Title: Who can make a mold ?

I've been lookin for a fiberglass swim step with absoluly no luck and nobody seems to want to post anyone who makes them . I have two buddy's that both own boats with the swim step I'm lookin for and now it's just a matter of finding someone to make a mold and MAKE ME ONE !

This is the style I'm lookin for . Does anyone know of anyone who can make a mold for these ?

the family can. my grandpa owns hannemann fiberglass.

I know OC boat repair in Stanton has a mold, they quoted me something like $550.

I am not sure that swim step is going to hold up under the pressureof this:



Try a company called Prototype Concepts in Fountain Valley.  They have done some great work for me in the past and the pricing was very  reasonable.

Try and borrow one of your friends' swim steps, I talked to my glass guy, we'll make you one, or ten, the more you get the better the price, that being said, I'm sure we could do one fairly cheap.

I feel the OC boat repair price is fair....for a one off custom swim step (betcha they would color match too)

they do impecable work....i still have wet dreams about kyles wriedt....and i havent seen it in 3-4 months.

i met guy on race dezert that had a "newer" set for $200. go to pick them up and he sold them.  :mad:

can you get a deal like that??  ???
