I have a charger with jacuzzi jet with a energiser kit on it.   It handles ok  to the left but terrible to the right. Like it wants the go straight again.  Any ideas?

Did that.  It bottoms out both directions. And turns freely.  It's a new steering rack n cable. 

Did you have any issues like this before the Energizer kit?

Have the stringers ever been replaced that you know of?

Have you looked at the bottom of the boat to see if there are any visible issues?

Is the pump mounted square?

It sounds a lot like a squishy hull bottom on the left, either that or a severe hook.

Have you investigated weight placement?

Does it have floors?

The pump has never been out. It has floors that have been replaced and re glassed in. The major thing that was done is an open bow conversion. But it did the same before that.    Could it be a bad hull design

Just because the pump was never removed does not mean it should not be verified.

You would be horrified if you saw these boats being built. Hahaha.

I doubt seriously it is a hull design issue, maybe.

I would jack the boat up off the bunks and block it to the corner of the trailer and check the bottom for straightness.

Also check to make sure it is really rigid, you should not be able to flex the bottom by hand.
