The pump has never been out. It has floors that have been replaced and re glassed in. The major thing that was done is an open bow conversion. But it did the same before that. Could it be a bad hull design
Just because the pump was never removed does not mean it should not be verified.
You would be horrified if you saw these boats being built. Hahaha.
I doubt seriously it is a hull design issue, maybe.
I would jack the boat up off the bunks and block it to the corner of the trailer and check the bottom for straightness.
Also check to make sure it is really rigid, you should not be able to flex the bottom by hand.
