i have a 74 CobraJet beater project, same basic hull as the sidewinder ss clones, want to install a lsx block this spring, the 455 is blown

I had a 1977 cobra jet , light hull , I has a olds 455 that on the dino made 547ph, boat run mide 80's on the gps, it would have gone faster with a drup and a ride plate.  ;D

I recently bought a 1973 capital cobra jet with a 454 bbc stroker first jet boat I’ve had and I love it she has efi unit with heads up displays shortyy headers and a bunch more shit. Havnt heard to much about them but they are clean lil boats I was out today smashing jet skis and everything on the water.
