Does anyone on here have any info on these hulls? I bought this boat from the original owner last year, it was garage kept original gel coat super clean minus a few things like carpet, trailer and not knowing what the motor had in it I ran it until it decided to put a hole threw the block.
I re did the carpet, had the trailer redone, and in the process of building the new engine (fingers crossed will be done Monday) I repainted the engine bay re did the wiring, and everything else that needed to be done or freshened up so she will be turn key when we drop the new engine in.
So my question is who knows what about this hull? I know it's a heavy layup and handles good, won't be a race hull that's for sure, but just want some more info on the hull if anyone has any. When comparing it to the Eliminator sprint hull it looks pretty damn similar.

There were a lot of copies of alot of boats back in the day. Someone might take a bottom they like and change the top with another boat they like. The top looks like a biesmeyer. The bottom is hard to tell what it is. The important thing is the quality of the boay, ie stringers, floor. If you aren't going to make it a race boat, then have a great time with it.

I don't think that is the case here. I bought it from the original owner with the original pink slip under his name that was issued in 1985. (Never seen a pink slip that color before) Older fellah, he new what was done to it but no build sheet to prove it. Said they only used it for sking and cruising around. Passenger seat was turned backwards when I bought it.

I wasn't saying that the original owner did any of that work. Companies were popping up all over using different sections of boat mold. For an example, on this site there is a guy looking to by a centerian 19 tunnel, which is basically the same boat as an eliminator Daytona 19. They changed a couple little things and sold the boat. That's why sometimes it's hard to find information on boats that don't have a very common name ie, eliminator, hallett, charger, liberty, Rogers, advantage ( which used Rogers molds and eliminator molds) cole, sanger, howard just to name a few big names
