i dont know of anybody in san diego,
gs marine is in corona, orange county boat repair, or bk boat repair in bellflower. all top notch shops, at least give them a call and maybe let them look  at it.

Questions...

Was this boat ever in a crash?

Are you experiencing heavy stress cracks in any one area in particular?

You say the bulkhead is splintering, wood or glass?

Have you made any structural changes (like cutting holes for stereo speakers and whatnot)?

Does this boat have a false floor?

I have some suspicions on what is going on, but without the touch, smell, taste and see, it would all be speculation.

The walk through section has broken free from the bottom half of the hull, seen it before.  :-\

Good luck, the shop I worked for for a while is no longer in business in San Diego....So I'm no help.

Pictures or a video may help also. Will give the experts here some more details of how bad it is.

IF JP is still open in Lakeside, try them. They will at least know where to send you locally.

It is my humble opinion and recommendation that this cannot be repaired "from the top"...

This boat has to be completely disassembled and rebuilt IMHO, this will not be too bad of a repair, but best left to someone with experience in this are of expertise.

It is exactly as I expected, all of the bulkhead attachments have been done without proper preparation.

It can be repaired, but it wont be cheap..

Sorry for the woes brother

x2 not a job for someone who has never done one. you dont want to half ass it then put your high priced motor in and sink it the first time out
