Schiada mini day... Am I missing something?

Isn't this like the sot after mini day hull? Or is this too early of a model year?
I under stand it's a 427, and the interior looks a little cheap, but still. I have to be missing something here.

It's been sale for at least a year as well. I had it marked as a favorite before I picked my boat up last May.

I still think it's a cool cruiser. Dang, I kind of want it again lol.

It's a very early version.
The latter versions have a different deck.

its got a big block, berkeley jet and just removed the seat belts to make it go faster

So this being an early version would mean it's a totally different boat...? And if it has another deck, what does that do for handling and speed? It still has pretty much the same bottom, right?

The deck doesn't do anything to anything.
I want to say that hull and deck were retooled and the new(er) one was popped......
Or maybe just the deck was retooled.....
I can't remember.....
