so im looking for that bumper that goes in the aluminum channeling around the edge of the boat i was wondering whats the technical name for this this piece and were to locate one to buy

Shit I may be wrong but i think it's called a rub rail.

thanks went and found a place that sells it by the foot maybe ill go pick it up tomorrow my boat looks really hoaky with out it

I'm in need of the aluminum channel but I want it in a show quality polished or in a color? Does anyone know or have seen this before?

Try Rex Marine, they bought all of L&L' s aluminum rub rail and insert material when they went out of business.
