I picked mine up in Paris, California 3 years ago. It is a well built boat, but there are a couple of items to watch for. Mine had a crack at the weld on one of the fuel tanks. I also found some seperation of the subfloor from the hull in a couple of spots. I had to cut out the under dash bulkhead to replace a broken bow eye, and found some subfloor seperation up towards the bow.
The hull has a tendancy to porpoise just after planing, (easy to power through) and again at about 55mph. Mine doesnt have enough motor yet to see if I could power through that zone. I am trying to tune it out with an extended ride plate, but i need more tuning time. Our boating season is only 3 months long here!
The boat handles very nicely, steering very responsively, and has good bite in the turns.
