Last time out I noticed after a good heavy throttle run and I stop there would be quite a bit of water in the hull, more than I had the last time I had the boat in the water. I could not see any visible leak at the sandbar when I was floating around. The bilge pump has no problem pumping it out. I have it wired so it will come on automatic or I can flip the switch up to turn the pump on.
I got home dumped water in the hull to see if I could find it leaking out. It did not leak anywhere. I then got under the boat to check the intake. No leaks but I wonder if under high loads it is flexing and leaking. I am going to run a bead of sea-goin epoxy puddy around the outside of the intake this week just to make sure. I also checked the transome housing adapter and that seems to be good. The only thing I could think of is the bowl gasket may be blown out and leaking behind the transome housing. I would have to take the transome adapter off to see this (PITA) and then the bowl off as well. I might do it this weekend. I hate to loose a day when I could be on the water though.
Any ideas where else to check. I run all braided lines and see no hoses leaking.

Hey TJ one other thing to check is how much water is dripping out of the packing seal on your pump shaaft Mark

I do not have the old style rope seal. I have the HTP one. Very little.

This might be a dumb idea but did you check the O-ring in the hand hole cover ? :-\

It still has to tight or under high pressure it will let some of the water into the boat!

also check you water cooling lines. if it is only doing it under throttle then one of your cooling lines could be leaking when you build pressure in your water cooling lines. my friends sanger leaks like a siv from the exhaust cooling lines when the boat is hauling ass. anyway might be something to look at..

I will double check this. The pump and engine only have about 4 hours max. on them. I will double check the hand-hole o-ring and also check the bolts for the packing. The header lines are all new braided lines and the fittings are new and tight. Next time out I am going to sit in the back seat and have my wife drive it to see if I can see anything noticeable leaking.

Did you ever get this figured out?
If not, it could be like mine with a bad Bassett T-valve, and a shower of water sprays out the weep holes near idle. Or could it be leaking at the rub rail. Mine did that too, up until the other day when I grabbed a hose and some silicone, and started sealing any place that I saw water come in. Now I can stand there with a hose all day long, and not a trickle running down the transom. ;D My hand hole cover was also leaking the first time out, kept my fuel filter nice and cool though ;D cause the water sprayed directly on it. Just had to tighten that bolt up a little bit and it's all good now. I'm just glad I haven't managed to sink the boat yet, with all these leaks.

Yup it is fixed. I found the problem by running a garden hose in the hull with the plug in. I made the boat stance like it would be on the water. I added a lot of water. I finally saw a drip drip at the most lower part of the transom adapter. I tightened all the transom adapter screws just a little and the drip stopped.
Took it on the water last week and no leaks at all. Matter of fact after I pulled the boat out of the water I pulled the plug and got a soda can full of water, that is it.
