Title: Flipin a hull

So what's the easiest way to do so? Im limited on friends that are local so most likely only gonna be able to get 4 guys myself included.

ive seen some that pull it off onto the lawn and flip it over there then stick it onto a dolly.  if everything is empty it shouldnt be too difficult.

find 6 tires.  set the hull on them.  I saw a post where they lifted it off of the trailer then set the edge of boat on 3 tires.  got boat on edge then laid the other 3 tires in the right spot and set the boat down.

i have seen a couple people do it with cherry pickers, looks a little skechy :o, do you have anything to hang it from like a car port?

I've seen them rolled onto a mattress, tires, lawns, and pillows.  You can get creative with this but with an EMPTY hull like your's I would imagine you could roll it with a couple of guys.  Just find something soft to bring the deck down to as you get it over, hell depending on when you want to do this I might lend a hand for a few hours.

I have used two cherry pickers to lift the boat off and flip before, but it takes a few hands for safety. it is definately not a one man show.
I built a wood gantry, along with a cherry picker, to flip my boats and still use it to this day. works great and I can do it by myself.
In your case, any thing you can hang the rear and get the clearance.Just leave the pump installed, wrap a strap around the suction, makes a good pivot point, a cherry picker in the front, on the bow eye, and up and over it will go. Easy Peasy. Just make sure your bow eye is in good shape.

On my 15ft boat, I put some rollers (cheap harbor freight wheels without the tires, just rims)
 in the ceiling rafters in my garage, and ran straps around the hull.
Then I could roll it over by myself.  However, I only really put it up around 60-degrees, was enough to work
on the bottom on that side.
