What are the rules on placing manufacture logos or paintings on their obvious one off hulls.
I bought a boat that very closely matches a Eliminator style hull.  It has a few body changes that the builder must have tweaked to liking.
The builder is not well known and it has a HIN of AZZ which is a "home built" boat in AZ.

Would it be wrong for me to now call this a Eliminator boat by either painting on the decal or applying sticker etc.

Let me know your thoughts.
