How hard you can run it really doesn't have anything to do with what brand boat you have.  It has more to do with the quality and current condition of the hull.  Is any of the wood soft or deteriorating?... are the stringers sound?...

I would like to see more pics of the boat.  It's similar to many other brands and we should be able to determine what they used to make the splash (copy).

By wood showing does that mean like this on the bottom?? It just looks and feels like the gel coat is gone not the fiber glass, the guy I got the hull from put this whitesealer and flooring stuff iv never seen before its like a hard non skid surface with about a 16th thick rubber under it, but by stringers u mean what I bolt my motor to those seemed very strong and there are no soft spots on the hull, also the aluminum fuel cell is all the way up the bow, is that so it has more weight on the bow??

nice looking boat. from the pics i see the only thing there is where the gell coat has just worn though.they make a rubber piece that can glue to that . or your going to have to paint or gell coat it back. and yes that is why the cell is up there.

My last boat (Kona Makai) had a front tank. Came out of the hole flat. Was awesome when it worked well
